Consideration
Consultation and Needs Assessment: We offer potential clients a free 30-minute consultation and needs assessment session to understand their specific oracy education requirements, goals, and challenges. This is done through a video call online.
Tailored Solution: Based on the needs assessment, we provide a bespoke oracy education solution that aligns with the client's goals, age group, and desired outcomes. Oracy-Unlocked will be able to advise on most appropriate package needed for the setting. A clear outline of the program details, curriculum, and expected outcomes will be offered.
Decision
Proposal and Pricing: A detailed proposal that includes program options, pricing, and any additional services or resources will be sent to the client. Clear communication of the value and benefits of choosing Oracy-Unlocked for their oracy education needs will support this document.
Transparent Communication: Open and transparent communication with the client will be maintained throughout, addressing any questions, concerns, or customisation requests promptly. Provide clarity on the program structure, scheduling, and payment terms. Follow-up emails will be sent if there is no response within 48 hours.
Service-Delivery
Onboarding and Orientation: Once the client commits to Oracy-Unlocked's services, we provide a comprehensive onboarding email that includes scheduling of consulting service, programme overview, and continued communication. Clients will feel welcomed and supported from the start.
Structured Learning Experience: Deliver the oracy education programme in a structured manner, providing a clear schedule, resources, and assignments. Offer regular progress updates and feedback to keep the customer informed about their development.
Support and Engagement
Ongoing Communication: Oracy-Unlocked will maintain regular communication with the client, providing updates on progress throughout the process, advising on any challenges faced by the educational setting, and additional resources if required. Oracy-Unlocked aims to be responsive to any queries or concerns promptly.
Community Engagement: Encourage participation in the Oracy-Unlocked community platform, where clients can interact with peers, contribute to blogs and postings, and engage with Oracy-Unlocked representatives. We want to foster a sense of belonging and support within the community.
Evaluation
Evaluation and Feedback: A periodic evaluation to assess the client's progress and satisfaction with Oracy-Unlocked's services will be conducted in the form of a feedback form. It is important to collect feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns promptly. Monitoring meetings will be scheduled depending on the package obtained.
Loyalty Programs: A loyalty scheme through referral programs or exclusive discounts can be offered for ongoing or future programs. This shows our appreciation for our clients who have been with Oracy-Unlocked for an extended period.
